Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in WAI for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role also involves coordinating payroll, benefits, and facilitating employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive organizational culture.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes
- Good understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Skills in conflict resolution, employee relations, and communication
- Experience in training, development, and performance management
- Leadership and organizational skills to oversee HR functions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory HR role is a big plus.
