Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to join our Hyderabad office. This is a hands-on, generalist role covering core HR functions and day-to-day office administration. You'll be the go-to person for people operations in our India delivery centre, working closely with leadership to build a great workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end hiring — job postings, screening, interviews, and offer coordination
• Collaborate with team leads to understand staffing needs and close roles on time
Onboarding & Offboarding
• Own the onboarding experience for new joiners — documentation, orientation, and system access
• Handle exit formalities professionally, including exit interviews and full-and-final coordination
Employee Relations & HR Operations
• Be the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances
• Maintain HR records, attendance, leave management, and HRMS data
• Support implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws
Performance & Engagement
• Assist in running appraisal cycles and support managers with goal-setting and feedback
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and a positive office culture
Compensation & Payroll Coordination
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with finance, including attendance, leaves, and variable pay
• Support benefits administration and vendor management for group insurance, etc.
Office Administration
• Oversee day-to-day office operations — facilities, vendor coordination, supplies, and travel bookings
• Ensure a well-organised, productive, and professional work environment
Who We're Looking For
• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR & Admin role
• Good understanding of core HR processes and Indian labour law basics
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with any HRMS is a plus
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision in a dynamic startup environment
