Nestled in the serene Sahyadris overlooking Mulshi Lake, Atmantan is a globally acclaimed luxury wellness destination blending Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Fitness, and Integrative Medicine. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic HR Manager who believes that people are the heart of every great organization.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR professional who can:
- Lead end-to-end HR operations across departments
- Drive talent acquisition for wellness, hospitality & healthcare professionals
- Strengthen employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Implement performance management systems aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee statutory compliance and HR governance
- Partner with leadership to build a high-performance, value-driven team
What We’re Looking For
- 6–10 years of progressive HR experience (hospitality/wellness/healthcare preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws & HR compliance
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Passion for wellness, culture building & organizational development
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
