Job Title: HR & Admin Executive

Role Overview
The HR & Admin Executive supports the full employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth administrative and operational functioning across the clinic and central teams. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance, supporting people processes, and helping to build a positive and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end hiring including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Conduct joining formalities including document collection, background checks, and HR system setup
- Facilitate structured onboarding experiences to help new employees succeed in their roles
Payroll, Compliance & HR Administration
- Handle monthly payroll inputs, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing
- Maintain compliance with PF, ESIC, gratuity, and statutory labor regulations
- Maintain employee records, attendance tracking, and HRIS data
- Support vendor documentation, contracts, and operational compliance needs
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and ensure timely resolution
- Implement company policies and ensure organization-wide adherence
- Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives
Performance & Development
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and maintain related documentation
- Assist in implementing training and development programs, including compliance and role-based training
- Track completion of training initiatives and identify areas for improvement
Exit & Offboarding
- Manage exit formalities including clearance procedures and final settlements
- Conduct exit interviews and document feedback for improvement
Office Administration & Operations Support
- Oversee office administrative needs including supplies, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep
- Support travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and internal communication
- Assist with clinic operational readiness and daily support tasks as needed
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of experience in HR & Administration in a fast-paced environment
- Strong working knowledge of payroll inputs, PF/ESIC, and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage confidential information
- Passionate about contributing to a positive employee experience
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare or multi-location business environments
Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS systems
Exposure to employee engagement and learning initiatives
