Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to join our team in an on-site capacity in Gurugram. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment processes, design and implement HR policies, and manage employee relations to promote a positive workplace culture. Core responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding new employees, managing performance evaluations, handling employee grievances, and supporting workforce development initiatives. The role also requires ensuring compliance with labor regulations and working closely with leadership to strategically align HR initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Onboarding Processes
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Team Building
- Proficiency in designing and implementing HR Policies, as well as maintaining Compliance with labor laws
- Experience in Performance Management, Training & Development, and Workforce Planning
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Experience in the interiors or architecture industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 6+ years of professional experience in human resources, including leadership responsibilities
