Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations across our hospitality businesses. The role will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
As the organization continues to grow, the Human Resources Manager will play a key role in supporting new business ventures and hospitality projects, including workforce planning, pre-opening recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and building high-performing teams that reflect the organization's culture and service standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
Experience with HR systems, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and personnel records management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to develop employee engagement, learning, and development initiatives.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Experience in hospitality, travel, luxury services, or other service-oriented industries preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate regularly with operational teams across locations.
