Role Description The Human Resources Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. This role involves managing payroll and benefits, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The HR Manager will support line managers with workforce planning, resolve employee relations issues, and coordinate training and development programs. Daily responsibilities also include HR reporting, partnering with leadership on organizational initiatives, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and documentation of HR processes and procedures.
- Candidates should possess abilities in payroll administration, benefits management, and HR data reporting and analysis.
- Candidates should possess communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills to manage stakeholders and support a collaborative culture.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with HRIS/HRMS tools and general office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Relevant experience in infrastructure, telecom, or engineering-focused organizations is beneficial.
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an added advantage.
