Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will lead HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training and development. Responsibilities include defining HR policies, maintaining a positive workplace culture, and ensuring organizational goals align with employee satisfaction and engagement. The role will also involve working closely with leadership to drive workforce optimization and strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Human Resources Management: Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and operational HR functions.
- Policy and Compliance: Strong understanding of labor laws, employee compliance, workplace policies, and maintaining ethical HR practices.
- Strategy and Leadership: Skills in workforce planning, organizational development, and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Communication and Interpersonal: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on building positive relationships and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Problem Solving and Decision Making: Proven ability to address and resolve workplace challenges swiftly and effectively.
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
- Other Qualifications: Previous experience in defense, technology, or manufacturing industries is advantageous. A high level of adaptability and an understanding of organizational requirements in dynamic environments are beneficial.
