Roles and responsibilities
· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles — from sourcing, screening to offer negotiation and to the exit.
· Partnering with the Stake holders to understand the hiring needs, role requirements and build effective job descriptions.
· Drive sourcing strategy across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring.
· Recruit for a broad range of technical roles — Python, PHP, Django, .NET, Cloud, Frontend/Backend Developers and Product Management
· Hands-on experience with HRMS, Dashboards for employee data management, recruitment, on-boarding, HR operations and analytical skills
· Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
· Adherence to ISMS standards and Data Security policy and procedure.
· Lead employee relations initiatives, including grievance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters and employee counselling, while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in core HR functions, including IT recruitment and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, prior experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner is highly desirable.
