Role Description
Anant Toyota is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager for an on-site role located in Indore. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Core responsibilities include implementing HR policies, conducting training sessions, managing employee relations, and ensuring a positive workplace culture. The role will also involve designing retention strategies, offering support for career development plans, and fostering alignment between company goals and employee performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Team Building
- Proficiency in developing and implementing performance management systems
- Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and HR Policies
- Strong Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal Skills
- Time Management and Organizational Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory
