Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager position based in Lucknow, Bharaich , Balarampur and Saravasti. The HR Manager will oversee the company's HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training, compliance with labor laws, and implementation of HR policies. The role involves collaborating with various departments, conducting training programs, and driving employee engagement initiatives to maintain a supportive and productive work environment. The HR Manager will also play a key role in aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, and Recruitment strategies expertise
- Experience with Performance Management, Policy Implementation, and Conflict Resolution
- Knowledge of Labor Laws and HR Compliance procedures
- Organizational and leadership skills for team collaboration and training programs
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and data management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role is preferred
