Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary: Join our team in Delhi NCR as an HR Manager. We seek a versatile professional with exceptional organizational abilities and a knack for thriving in a fast-paced work environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to coordinate with two organizations, AnalytixLabs and Scaletrix.AI, with a total headcount of 45-50 people. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Collaborate closely with department heads to identify and fulfil staffing needs.
- Manage job postings, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate with senior stakeholders to schedule remaining interview rounds.
- Facilitate the seamless onboarding process for new hires, including necessary paperwork and orientation.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving workplace issues and conflicts using effective communication and conflict resolution techniques.
Appraisal Management Process:
- Owning appraisal process by coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate employee records and track performance reviews.
Training and Development:
- Participate in organizing training programs for various employees.
- Keep meticulous records of training attendance and assess its effectiveness.
HR Documentation:
- Maintain and regularly update employee records, ensuring their accuracy and compliance.
- Manage HR-related documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and HR policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, showcasing your ability to excel in both areas.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage conflicting timelines.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in HR management.
- Prior experience in a similar combined HR role.
- Exposure to Analytics and/or IT domain (Desired).
