Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Gwalior. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations. The role involves implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws, developing strategies for talent acquisition and retention, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with the organization’s goals, conduct employee well-being programs, and manage day-to-day HR operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Proficiency in HR Policies Development, Employee Relations, and Employment Law Compliance
- Skills in Training and Development, Performance Management, and Organizational Development
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture
- Proficiency in HR Software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of proven HR management experience
- Knowledge of wellness or lifestyle industries is an advantage
