Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Human Resources Manager. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also lead training and development programs, evaluate employee performance, and foster a positive workplace culture to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (preferred)
- 5–10 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding processes
- Demonstrated experience with Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Engagement
- Excellent in Training and Development, Performance Management, and Professional Growth Planning
- Ability to use HR software and tools for records management and process automation
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate ethical decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Prior experience in a similar role, ideally in the healthcare or manufacturing sectors, is advantageous
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage hiring for:
- Skilled staff in factory
- R&D, QA/QC, and regulatory roles
- Sales, export, and corporate functions
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract skilled talent
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and induction
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination
- Implement HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Manage employee lifecycle (joining to exit)
3. Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance with:
- Labour laws (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, Factory Act)
- Export-related HR documentation
- Liaise with auditors and government authorities
4. Performance Management
- Design and implement KPI-based appraisal systems
- Conduct performance reviews and feedback cycles
- Support departmental heads in goal setting
5. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Build a positive work culture
- Handle grievances and disciplinary actions
- Organize engagement activities and training programs
6. Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps across departments
- Organize training for:
- GMP / compliance (important for nutraceuticals)
- Soft skills and leadership
7. Factory HR Management (Critical)
- Manage workforce planning for manufacturing unit
- Handle shift scheduling and labor productivity
- Ensure industrial relations are smooth
8. Strategic HR (Growth-Focused)
- Support company expansion (new product lines like gummies)
- Develop HR systems for scaling operations
- Build employer branding for export-focused business

Salary
- Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 40,000 per month
