About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment and manage day-to-day HR operations for our growing team. This role requires someone who can own hiring as well as HR processes independently.
📍 Location: Chandigarh
💰 Salary: Up to ₹45,000 (in hand)
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across roles (marketing, e-commerce, operations, etc.)
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers and close positions efficiently
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
HR Operations
- Oversee employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and HR policies
- Handle employee engagement and basic HR queries
- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and compliance basics
- Maintain HR trackers and reports
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in HR (recruitment + operations)
- Strong experience in hands-on hiring (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles
