Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Anand. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and compliance with employment laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with company goals, managing training programs, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Collaboration with various departments to address HR-related matters and drive organizational development is a key component of this position.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Proficiency in managing employee relations and resolving workplace conflicts
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
- Expertise in performance management and training program development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on fostering an inclusive work environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
