Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bhikaji Cama Place. The Human Resources Manager will oversee core HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation. The role also includes handling employee relations, conducting training sessions, managing employee benefits, and ensuring alignment of HR practices with organizational goals. Collaboration with leadership teams to foster a positive work culture is a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition
- Proficiency in Performance Management, Compliance, and HR Policy Implementation
- Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Workplace Communication
- Knowledge of Training and Development, and Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
- Ability to collaborate effectively and cultivate a positive work environment
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
