Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in New Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage employee relations. Responsibilities include conducting performance evaluations, developing training programs, handling employee grievances, and maintaining HR records. Additionally, the individual will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Experience in designing and implementing training and development initiatives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage
