Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Chennai. The role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes, overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, implementing HR policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, design career development programs, and address employee concerns while maintaining confidentiality. Additional responsibilities include managing payroll and benefits administration and promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture
- Understanding of HR policies, compliance with labor laws, and payroll and benefits administration
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to foster collaboration and support diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Experience in designing and implementing career development and training programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certifications, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, are advantageous
