ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of human resource functions at our Delhi office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment — both IT and non-IT — and will be well-versed in Indian labour laws and HR compliance. This role is critical to building and sustaining a high-performance workforce aligned with the company's growth objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles across all levels
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, campus drives, referrals, and recruitment agencies
- Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and facilitate offer rollouts
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Drive campus recruitment initiatives as required
HR Administration & Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR MIS
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and induction processes for new joiners
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR operations
- Administer and update HR policies in line with business needs
Compliance & Labour Law
- Ensure organisational compliance with applicable Indian labour laws including but not limited to the Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity Act, and Contract Labour regulations
- Keep abreast of amendments in labour legislation and advise management accordingly
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filings
Employee Relations
- Foster a positive work environment and handle employee relations matters with discretion
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures in line with company policy
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse attrition data
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs across departments in coordination with department heads
- Coordinate and track L&D initiatives and induction programmes
Salary & Compensation Administration
- Support salary negotiation during recruitment within approved bands
- Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs and ensure accuracy of compensation records

QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an FMCG or product-driven organisation
