Role Description The Human Resources Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karur. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for the company’s manufacturing and office workforce. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing attendance and payroll inputs in collaboration with finance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and relevant certifications. The role will drive training and development initiatives, support health and safety practices, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will also partner with leadership to support organizational growth, workforce planning, and change management.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to support a growing export-oriented textile business.
- Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and statutory requirements relevant to manufacturing and export operations in India.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, payroll coordination, and HRIS or HR-related software tools.
- Ability to design and implement training and development programs, including compliance, safety, and skills enhancement.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably within manufacturing, textiles, or export-focused organizations.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace practices and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
