Job Title: HR Manager
Department: Human resources
Reports To: Director / Plant Head
Role: Lead end-to-end HR for the company and act as strategic business partner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hiring: Manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, campus drives
2. Payroll & Compliance: Salary, PF/ESI/PT/LWF, labor laws, audits, licenses
3. PMS & L&D: Appraisals, increments, training, succession planning
4. Employee Relations: Grievance handling, POSH, disciplinary action, engagement
5. HR Ops: Policies, HRMS, MIS dashboards, full & final, exit process
Must-Have Skills: Labor law knowledge, HRMS, Excel/MIS, communication, conflict resolution
- Qualification: MBA-HR / MSW with 7-10 years exp, 2+ years in manager role
