Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad for a female Human Resources Manager. The role involves developing and implementing effective HR strategies, overseeing all HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Manager will also handle performance management, foster a positive workplace culture, and act as a bridge between management and employees to address work-related challenges. Additional responsibilities include supporting organizational growth and maintaining personnel records and HR reports.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and Organizational Policies
- Experience in Performance Management, Employee Training, and Development
- Strong Communication, Leadership, and Conflict Resolution Skills
- Ability to handle HR Documentation, Reporting, and Administrative Tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Prior experience in HR roles within supply chain, maritime, or industrial sectors is advantageous
