We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Manager to join our dynamic Adalvo team. This position offers an opportunity to well-suited candidates to join a growing, fast paced energetic environment and culture.
The HR manager plays a crucial role in aligning HR strategies and practices with the overall business objectives of an organization. He/She works closely with senior management and various department heads to provide strategic HR support, influence business decisions, and foster a positive work environment. The HR Manager Serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent.
Primary responsibilities of this role include the following:
Talent Acquisition and employee administration
- Support recruitment and selection processes, coordinating interview scheduling and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage the employment contracting process, ensuring issuance of compliant employment agreements in line with local labor law and company policies.
- Coordinate with payroll and external providers to ensure accurate social security registration, onboarding documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Oversee pre-employment and onboarding processes to guarantee full regulatory, contractual, and data compliance before start date.
- Manage the onboarding process from Day 1, ensuring a smooth integration, completion of mandatory documentation, and assuring a smooth integration and engagement for employees.
Performance Management:
- Guide managers in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback
- Assist in the development of performance improvement plans when necessary.
Compensation, payroll and compliance
- Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
- Manage employee benefits and social security administration, ensuring proper tax and statutory treatment.
- Ensure compliance with labor law, tax, and social security obligations, including reporting and audits.
- Administer salary reviews, bonus and incentive payments, ensuring correct payroll implementation and cost control.
- Maintain job classifications aligned with internal equity and legal requirements.
Employee Recognition:
- Manage Adalvo’s Reward & Recognition Program and further develop strategies to ensure a positive workplace
Company events:
- Oversee office administration and day-to-day operational support to ensure a smooth and compliant working environment.
- Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, employee activities, and corporate events (on-site and virtual), ensuring efficient execution and proper administrative control.
- Support employee-related administrative processes, including facilities coordination and vendor management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 4 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Local regulations proven knowledge and payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with HRIS and data analysis tools; proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
