About Us
AD Banquet Designs is a Luxury Hospitality Design & Build Studio under Aspire Designs, Delhi (Est. 2008), founded by Architects Satya Saxena (B. Arch. Honours) and Annu Saxena (M. Arch. Honours & B. Arch. Honours). We specialise in designing and executing luxury banquets, wedding hotels, and destination wedding resorts across India and overseas β creating spaces that are visually iconic, operationally smart, and business-driven.
As we grow our studio and take on larger projects, we are building a strong internal team β and we need an experienced HR professional to anchor our people operations.
Role Overview
The HR Manager will be the sole HR function at our studio, responsible for end-to-end people management β from hiring the right talent to building a productive and positive work environment. This is a hands-on, generalist role suited for someone who enjoys owning things independently and doesn't need a large team around them to get things done.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle β sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding for all roles across design, build, sales, and admin
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Oversee employee onboarding and induction, ensuring new joiners are set up for success from Day 1
- Maintain all HR documentation β contracts, policies, leave records, and personnel files
- Handle payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and coordination with accounts for salary processing
- Ensure statutory compliances
- Drive performance appraisal cycles and support structured feedback processes
- Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters with discretion and professionalism
- Develop and implement HR policies suited to a growing creative studio
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with our brand values
What We're Looking For
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- 3β6 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR manager role
- Prior experience in a design firm, architecture studio, construction company, or creative agency strongly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills β this role interfaces with everyone in the studio
- High degree of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
