Key Responsibilities:
- Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance practices relevant to on-site roles in India.
- Ability to manage HR documentation, HRIS or HR software tools, and maintain accurate, confidential records.
- Experience in designing and facilitating training, development, and engagement programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR generalist or HR manager (experience in service or consulting environments is a plus).
- Openness to understanding the organization’s spiritual and wellness-focused context and aligning HR practices accordingly
