Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compliance, performance management, and organizational development strategies. Daily responsibilities include managing the hiring process, developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring adherence to labor laws. This is a full-time, on-site role based in MUMBAI.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Knowledge of Training and Development, Leadership Development, and Organizational Design
- Experience with HR Compliance, Labor Laws, and Policy Implementation
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certifications are a plus)
