Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Bengaluru North. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and maintain top talent. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, conducting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. The role also involves driving employee engagement activities, implementing training and development programs, supporting workforce planning, and advising on strategic HR initiatives to align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding to build and maintain a skilled workforce.
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Team Building to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Experience in HR Policy Development, Compliance, and Employment Law to ensure alignment with legal and organizational standards.
- Knowledge of Performance Management, Training Development, and Leadership Coaching techniques to support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR management software and tools, as well as data-driven decision-making for workforce optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is desirable).
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar industry is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.
