## Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karnal for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role involves supporting dealership operations by ensuring effective workforce planning, talent development, training coordination, and employee retention initiatives.
The HR Manager will work closely with departmental heads across Sales, Service, Body Shop, Parts, and Administration to align HR practices with business objectives, improve employee productivity, and foster a positive workplace culture.
## Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and selection processes across dealership functions.
- Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and confirmation processes.
- Implement performance management systems and employee development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate training and skill development programs for dealership staff.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain HR records, attendance, payroll inputs, and employee documentation.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Generate HR reports and provide workforce insights to management.
## Qualifications
- Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably within the automotive dealership industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Sound understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience in conducting employee training and development programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and dealership leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- - Master's degree or HR certification will be an added advantage.
