A Bond Strands is looking to hire an HR professional with experience in the manufacturing sector.
We are seeking someone who understands the dynamics of a manufacturing environment and can manage HR functions across recruitment, compliance, and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment and onboarding for shop-floor and staff roles
• Managing statutory compliance and labour law requirements
• Handling employee engagement and grievance management
• Maintaining HR records, documentation, and policy implementation
• Supporting performance management and HR processes across departments
Requirements
• 4-8 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup
• Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance
• Experience hiring and managing both blue-collar and white-collar workforce to meet ongoing manpower requirements
• Experience handling shop-floor workforce and industrial relations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred)
