Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a Human Resources Manager. Qualifications

- Experience in organizational development, training programs, and performance management
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze HR trends and develop strategic initiatives to drive employee satisfaction and productivity
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
