Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹33,000 (based on experience)

Role Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee employee relations, recruitment, and HR compliance, ensuring alignment with the company's policies and strategic goals. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, performance management, drafting policies, training and development programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The position also involves maintaining compliance with local labor laws, addressing employee concerns, and providing guidance to leadership on HR best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of HR experience, with demonstrated ownership of both recruitment and HR operations — not just one or the other
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor law and HR compliance, particularly in Gujarat
- Proven ability to hire, onboard, and manage performance in a structured, documented way
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; all internal operations and external coordination run in English
- High degree of discretion and professional maturity when handling sensitive employee information
Nice-to-have Qualifications
- Prior experience in a BPO, KPO, IT services firm, or any company operating on U.S.-aligned shifts
- Exposure to U.S. business culture, U.S. client-facing teams, or internationally oriented service delivery
- Experience building HR processes in a small or growing company where structure did not already exist
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR, Organizational Behavior, or related field
