About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resource Manager to join our HR team. This JOB will provide exposure to various facets of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Help plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Assist with HR policies and documentation.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks and special projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years in Corporate field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
