Role Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Management Information Systems (HRMIS) Executive for an on-site contract role based in Mumbai. The HRMIS Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing HR systems, maintaining data accuracy, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and standards. The role involves data processing, system troubleshooting, managing employee records, providing user support for HR software, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize HR processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management Information Systems (HRIS), HR data management, and experience in implementing and managing HR software platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to process data, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and providing user support
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in workplace tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and database management systems
- Experience in employee record management and process optimization in HR operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master’s degree or equivalent certification is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry is advantageous
