Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Hosur. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance evaluation, and training and development programs. Daily tasks will include managing HR policies and procedures, handling employee grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness while aligning HR practices with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Workforce Planning.
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Relations, Compliance, and Policy Implementation.
  • Experience in Training and Development, Performance Management, and Talent Retention.
  • Ability to foster a positive organizational culture and drive employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HR technology and tools.
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant HR experience, with a preference for candidates from manufacturing or automotive sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certifications like SHRM-CP/PHR are advantageous).
