Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Leader based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Leader will oversee all HR functions, including employee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs. Key responsibilities include spearheading talent acquisition strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing employee engagement initiatives. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns, and designing strategic HR policies to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in employee engagement, Payroll and compliance
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Expertise in compliance with Employment Laws and HR Policies development
- Experience in Leadership Development, Team Building, and Organizational Development
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certifications like SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an HR department
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data for strategic planning
