Yali Aerospace is looking for a Human Resources Lead to support our growing team and fast-paced operations. If you’re passionate about recruitment, people operations, and building efficient HR systems in a high-growth aerospace startup, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination
- Handle onboarding, employee documentation, and HR operations
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR databases
- Support payroll coordination and employee lifecycle processes
- Work closely with leadership to support hiring and organizational growth
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of HR operations/recruitment experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
