Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Human Resources Lead. In this role, you will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, oversee the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process, and manage employee relations to foster a positive work environment. You will administer HR policies, ensure compliance with employment laws, and facilitate training and staff development programs. Additionally, you will provide guidance to management and employees on organizational best practices and drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, recruitment, and performance management
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HR management software and tools
- Experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and employee engagement
- Analytical thinking and decision-making skills to navigate complex HR challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
