We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR Manager to oversee and strengthen the company’s human resource functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, policy implementation, and creating a positive and collaborative work culture suited for a fast-paced creative agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for creative, marketing, and technical roles
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and employee guidelines
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and workplace engagement initiatives
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
- Coordinate performance reviews and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Organise team-building activities, employee engagement programs, and internal events
- Maintain employee records and support payroll coordination
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organisational development
- Foster a healthy, creative, and performance-driven work culture
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR management or HR operations
- Strong understanding of recruitment, employee engagement, and HR practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred
- Prior experience in a creative agency, startup, or digital marketing company is a plus
