We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to take charge of end-to-end HR functions and partner closely with business teams at our Trichy location.
📍 Location: Trichy
💼 Experience: 5–8 Years
🔑 What you’ll be doing:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition
- Manage HR operations, onboarding & employee lifecycle
- Handle payroll coordination & statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity)
- Address employee relations & grievance handling
- Lead employee engagement & retention initiatives
- Support performance management processes
✅ What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in HR Generalist / HRBP roles
- Hands-on in recruitment + HR operations
- Good knowledge of labour laws & compliance
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders
