Role Description
This is not a conventional HR role. We are looking for someone who can help build the people foundation of a young organization from the ground up — policies, SOPs, compliance systems, hiring processes, culture, accountability, and operational discipline. This is not a large-team corporate HR role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building systems, solving problems, bringing structure, and working closely with leadership in a fast-evolving environment. This is a full-time on-site role that requires collaborating closely with leadership and employees to build an inclusive, efficient workplace that aligns with organizational goals.
Role Highlights
- Build and manage end-to-end HR systems and processes
- Establish policies, SOPs, employee lifecycle frameworks
- Handle compliance, documentation, statutory, and governance requirements
- Support hiring and onboarding
- Help build a disciplined, deadline-driven work culture
- Support employee relations and conflict resolution
- Drive organizational discipline and operational culture
- Work independently with intern-level support
What We’re Looking For
- Strong HR generalist / HR operations experience
- Comfortable building processes from scratch
- Strong documentation and compliance orientation
- Maturity, discretion, and conflict-management capability
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Someone who can balance empathy with accountability
