Hiring: HR Lead – FixHealth
Location: Nagpur
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA
About the Role
FixHealth is looking for an experienced HR Lead to manage end-to-end HR operations and support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle employee engagement and performance management.
- Maintain HR policies, compliance, attendance, and documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and HR operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2 direct reportees, including task allocation, conducting daily stand-up meetings, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely execution of HR initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to build a positive and high-performance work culture.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labor compliance.
- Experience leading or mentoring a small HR team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Startup or healthcare experience is a plus.
