Dermatouch is looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Lead to drive end-to-end Human Resource functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, HRBP activities, and culture-building initiatives while partnering closely with business leaders to support organizational growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities who can thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple business functions.
- Drive manpower planning and hiring strategies based on business requirements.
- Build and manage sourcing channels including job portals, vendors, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
- Ensure quality hiring within defined timelines and budgets.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage onboarding, induction, confirmations, appraisals, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR operations and employee documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and process improvement initiatives.
HR Business Partnering
- Collaborate with department heads and leadership teams on people strategies.
- Support managers in employee engagement, team management, and performance-related matters.
- Act as a bridge between employees and management to maintain a healthy work environment.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational culture activities.
- Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Support retention initiatives and employee wellbeing programs.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Manage performance review cycles and employee performance tracking.
- Monitor HR metrics including attrition, hiring dashboards, productivity reports, and employee engagement data.
- Generate HR reports and insights for management review.
Compliance & Team Coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
- Coordinate with payroll, finance, and other departments for smooth HR processes.
- Mentor and guide junior HR team members when required.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and HRBP practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and team handling capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, recruitment platforms, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Qualification & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Prior experience in D2C, Ecommerce, Healthcare, Wellness, or Startup environments will be an added advantage.
