Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Lead based in Bengaluru. The HR Lead will oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, manage employee benefits and personnel processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include strategic HR management, supporting employee engagement initiatives, overseeing recruitment, and driving organizational culture. This role also requires cross-functional collaboration to address workplace concerns and support team growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources and HR Management
- Proficiency in designing and implementing HR Policies
- Strong knowledge in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Ability to identify and promote employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience in managing HR processes in a creative or technology-driven industry is a plus
