Human Resources Intern – 6 Months – Unpaid Internship

Role Description
As an HR Intern, you will support our Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative and strategic tasks, including:
• Assisting with recruitment processes – posting job ads, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
• Supporting employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records.
• Helping organize HR documentation and ensuring data accuracy.
• Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and internal communications.
• Participating in HR projects related to employee engagement, training, and company culture.
Requirement
• You are a student or recent graduate (Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology, or a related field).
• You have good communication and organizational skills.
• You are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
