Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Andheri Marol, Mumbai (Onsite)

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our People & Culture team and gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and HR trackers.
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and documentation.
• Research and contribute to HR projects, policies, and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
