Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in Jabalpur. The Human Resources Intern will assist in developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee records, supporting recruitment strategies, and offering guidance on employee benefits. Additional responsibilities include aiding personnel management and contributing to the enhancement of HR practices within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management principles
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Proficiency in Personnel Management and team collaboration
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior internship or project experience in HR is a plus.
