Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Internship role based in Anand. The intern will assist in implementing and managing HR policies, supporting employee benefits administration, and providing personnel management support. Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment processes, managing employee records, assisting in the onboarding of new hires, and supporting HR-related administrative and operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) basics and HR Management principles
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
- Familiarity with Personnel Management and workforce engagement practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work in a collaborative on-site environment
