𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to support our internal growth and team culture. This role is ideal for students or freshers looking to understand the operational backbone of a growing agency. You will gain practical experience in the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and policy implementation while receiving direct guidance from our leadership team.
𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
To ensure you receive active support and can collaborate with the team in real-time, we coordinate our work during standard business hours.
𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸: (11:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Primarily for students completing college semester requirements.
𝟰-𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸: Requires a start time between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM to ensure all collaboration happens during our team's active hours.
𝗧𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗿𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆
This is a 3-month commitment focused on professional development and HR process management. We value well-being and offer 2 days of leave per month for mental health or personal needs. To maintain our operational timelines and ensure you complete the required learning hours, any leaves taken beyond this allowance will lead to a corresponding extension of the internship duration.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening applications, and scheduling interviews across various departments.
• 𝗢𝗻𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Help welcome new hires by preparing onboarding materials and facilitating orientation sessions.
• 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Assist in planning and executing initiatives to foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
• 𝗛𝗥 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Maintain accurate employee records and assist in drafting HR-related documents and policies.
• 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 & 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆: Conduct research on HR best practices and trends to help us improve our internal workflows.
• 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Act as a bridge for internal communications, ensuring the team stays informed and connected.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Communication: Decent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive, "people-first" attitude.
