Job Title: Retail Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Mumbai (Worli)
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven Retail Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end-to-end hiring for our retail stores. This role is critical in ensuring we attract, assess, and onboard the right talent across locations while maintaining speed, quality, and a great candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail roles (store associates, store managers, cluster roles, etc.)
Understand hiring requirements from business and plan hiring pipelines accordingly
Source candidates through multiple channels – job portals, walk-ins, references, and local hiring drives
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for store hiring requirements
Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Drive bulk hiring and store launch hiring when required
Build and maintain a ready talent pool for ongoing and upcoming store needs
Track and share daily/weekly hiring updates and metrics
Partner with store and operations teams for seamless hiring and onboarding
Key Requirements
1–4 years of experience in retail or bulk hiring
Strong understanding of retail hiring challenges and timelines
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools
Comfortable with field hiring / walk-in drives when needed
